This former leaky home in Newlands has been repaired and reclad with new timber weatherboards and all new aluminum joinery. Whilst recladding, our customers took the opportunity to renovate and amend the home layout with an open plan living area, new kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and home office space. A new rumpus room to enjoy time with friends and family and huge deck to enjoy the amazing views of Wellington Harbour.
